Job summary

High Pointe Property Group in Mandaluyong is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to report to the Building Administrator. You will operate, install, and service common building equipment and undertake regular preventive maintenance and repairs of all building-related items.

You will record utility meter readings, assist in tenant space audits, monitor and rectify equipment issues, support contractor PM services, and perform a range of building works including electrical, FDAS & fire

Qualifications

• TESDA-trained or Tech-voc graduate with TESDA Training Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Commendable work ethics and behavior.
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, 6 days per week, shifting schedule.
• Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Building Administrator.
• Operates, installs, and services common building equipment.
• Undertakes regular preventive maintenance and repairs of all building-related items.
• Records all utility meter readings for building and tenants.
• Assists the Building Administrator and Technical Group in all technical matters.
• Implements routine maintenance works per the 52-week Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Assists in tenant space audit and turnover.
• Monitors, reports, and rectifies equipment and/or machine troubles.
• Assists and monitors contractor PM services works.
• Performs building corrective maintenance (electrical, mechanical, FDAS, Fire Protection, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc).
• Responds to tenant concerns as assigned by Property Management Officer.
• Ensures proper upkeep of projects and equipment areas.
• Escalates safety issues and equipment breakdowns to Property Management Officer.
• Performs other duties to accomplish work deliverables.

• Respond to any tenant concerns as assigned by the Property Management Officer
• Ensure proper upkeep of projects and equipment areas.
• Escalate safety issues and equipment breakdowns to Property Management Officer
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by the Building Administrator in order to accomplish work-related deliverables.

Job Requirements
