Job summary

A property management company in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced professional for building maintenance. The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include managing mechanical and electrical equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and handling tenant relations. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate.
• Professional license (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in Building Maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance operation of mechanical & electrical systems/equipment and other maintenance and repair work.
• Works well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking.
• Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
• Can start immediately.
