Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions; Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and safety systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Apply standard techniques to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
