Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer (Civil) in Taguig City to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The role supports CBRE Global Workplace Solutions with preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities.

The candidate should be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of facilities experience and be amenable to a 6-day work week, starting ASAP. This is an on-site position in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 2+ years in facilities or building systems.
• Willing to work on a 6-day schedule, weekends/holidays.
• Immediate availability (ASAP).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building system operations.
• Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and painting areas.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance.
• Conduct energy audits and identify energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations.
