Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a licensed Building Engineer to monitor, maintain and repair building systems in Claveria, Cagayan, Philippines. This role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety controls to keep facilities running efficiently and safely.

You will perform preventive maintenance, ensure compliance with codes, and support energy management and safe operations, while following CBRE directives and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with ME/EE credentials and PE license.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes and CBRE directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient system operation.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance and emergency repair activities.
• Adhere to safety policies for hazardous materials and clean workplace.
• Review systems inspections to ensure performance within design specs.
