Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Building Administration or Facilities/Property Management.
• Solid expertise in property operations, safety protocols, security management, and building maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance (BFP, DENR, LGU, and OSH standards).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing relations with tenants, contractors, and corporate stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, property management tools, and basic reporting.
