Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. in Misamis Oriental, Philippines, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily building maintenance, preventive programs, and contractor management across company facilities.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree (licensed preferred) and 3–5 years in building, facility or plant maintenance, with strong planning, leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably with license.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in building, facility, or plant maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management.
• Experience in supervising maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor the condition of company facilities, including offices, warehouses, production support areas, and other structures within the mill.
• Coordinate and oversee civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance works.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related concerns and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify repair and improvement needs.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Supervise contractors and service providers performing maintenance and construction works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards during maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Recommend facility improvements and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
