Job summary

The incumbent will repair damaged fixtures and components, monitor utilities, respond promptly to maintenance requests, and identify safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, doors, locks, faucets, lights, and other building components.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical and utility systems to ensure proper operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
• Assist with building cleaning, grounds maintenance, and other facility-related tasks as needed.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, building regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and building emergencies when required.
• Perform other duties related to building and facilities maintenance as assigned.
