Job summary

Apsaras Tribe Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across the facility in General Luna, Surigao del Norte.

The role requires reading technical manuals, using standard tools, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. You will inspect electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, replace bulbs, and document maintenance activities for compliance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand technical manuals and sketches.
• Knowledge in various maintenance tools such as hammers and pliers.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections for all equipment.
• Repair machines and equipment.
• Monitor preventive maintenance projects and report issues.
• Oversee and resolve problems from routine inspections.
• Inspect materials and tool inventory.
• Install necessary equipment as requested by management.
• Ensure safety and hazard procedures are followed.
• Maintain and clean interior and exterior parts of the building.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
• Document and monitor maintenance records, inspections and repairs.
• Handle and resolve electrical-related problems.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for conducting routine inspections for all equipment.
• Repairs machines and equipment.
• Performs and monitor preventive maintenance projects as well as reporting any mechanical issue.
• Conduct routine inspections to oversee and resolve problems.
• Inspects materials and tool inventory.
• Installs necessary equipment and machine requested by the management.
• Ensures that the safety and hazard procedures are strictly implemented and followed.
• Ensures that maintenance tools and equipment are available and complete in preparation for any emergency situations.
• Responsible in documentation and monitoring of maintenance records, inspection & repairs.
• Performs troubleshooting in relation to plumbing to avoid water wastage and damage.
• Repairs potential safety hazard to avoid any accidents and injuries.
• Handles and resolve problems with relation to building electricity.
• Responsible in maintaining and cleaning interior part and exterior part of the building.
• Checks control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
• Any other duties that may be assigned and required.
