Job summary

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or be on-call during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory of tools and supplies; report deficiencies and request replenishment.
• Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and work orders for tracking and compliance.
• Ensure building security protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
• Assist with emergency response and safety drills as required.
