Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Required).
• 1–2 years' work experience as a Building Engineer.
• Experience in commercial property is advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspects building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Oversees work by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, cleaners).
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Maintains energy management to minimize operating costs.
• Maintains lighting systems and performs related trades as needed.
