Robinsons Land Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee the engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings. You will develop and execute a 52-week maintenance program, coordinate with tenants on technical requirements, and review fit-out plans for compliance with guidelines.
The role requires a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years in engineering operations, at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
As the Building Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings and equipment, which includes developing and executing a 52-week maintenance program, coordinating with tenants on technical requirements, reviewing and ensuring compliance of fit-out plans with the approved Construction and Fit-out Guidelines, recommending improvements for inclusion in OPEX and CAPEX budgets, implementing energy conservation measures, compliance with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensuring timely recording and processing of tenant utilities for charging. You will also act as the Deputy for the Building Manager, handling building administration matters.
2–3 years of experience in engineering operations, repair, and maintenance in commercial or office buildings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
including electrical substations and power plants, HVAC systems, elevators and escalators, water distribution and sewage treatment systems, as well as fire detection, alarm, and protection systems
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule at any Robinsons Offices location within Metro Manila (Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Ortigas)
