Job Description

As a Shift Engineer, you will be primarilyresponsible for engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’buildingsand equipment, specifically MEPFS and HVAC systems. Apart from your technicalskills, you will also play as a front liner in coordinating and assisting ourtenants on both technical and administrative requirements, reviewing and ensuringcompliance of fit-out plans with the approved Construction and Fit-outGuidelines, implementing energy conservation measures and analyzing utilityconsumption trends, ensuring timely recording and processing of tenantutilities charging, compliance with the 52-week calendar through ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS), and supervising third-party techniciansand other contracted maintenance providers.

What We’re Looking For

• LicensedMechanical or Electrical Engineer
• 0–2 years ofexperience in engineering operations, repair, and maintenance in commercial oroffice buildings
• Technicalknowledge of building systems and equipment, including electrical substationsand power plants, HVAC systems, elevators and escalators, water distributionand sewage treatment systems, as well as fire detection, alarm, and protectionsystems
• Extremely dependable,creative and innovative, and with sense of ownership
• Willing to workonsite and on a shifting schedule at any Robinsons Offices location withinLuisita, Tarlac
