Job summary

BRIDGETOWNE ESTATE, Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices buildings and equipment. You will develop a 52-week maintenance program and coordinate with tenants on technical needs.

Responsibilities include reviewing fit-out plans for compliance, recommending improvements for OPEX/CAPEX budgets, implementing energy conservation measures, ensuring CMMS compliance, recording tenant

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• 2–3 years of experience in engineering operations, repair and maintenance in commercial or office buildings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and maintenance for Robinsons Offices buildings and equipment.
• Develop and execute a 52-week maintenance program.
• Coordinate with tenants on technical requirements and ensure CMMS compliance.
• Review fit-out plans for Construction and Fit-out Guidelines and assist budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Implement energy conservation measures and manage tenant utilities recording for charging.
• Act as Deputy for Building Manager and handle building administration matters.
