Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and maintenance of building systems.
• Develop and implement the 52-week maintenance program.
• Coordinate with tenants on technical requirements and fit-out plans.
• Recommend improvements for OPEX and CAPEX budgets; drive energy conservation.
• Monitor requisitions and ensure timely commitments; report to Building Manager.
