Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a Building Administration Officer to supervise maintenance services across the mall, ensuring safety, cleanliness and orderly operation in line with company standards.

The role includes conducting safety audits, planning maintenance activities and supporting mall management in safeguarding employees, tenants, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree with a Professional License in Engineering.
• Experience in Building and Facilities Management, Engineering Maintenance Services.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Supervisory level or in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the mall and mall tenant facilities.
• Plan scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the efficient utilization of the utilities, facilities and equipment, service vehicles and other office equipment.
• Assist mall management in providing safety and security to the mall employees, mall tenants and customers.

About the role
