Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a professional to supervise the mall's equipment operations, ensuring utilities for daily operation. You will plan repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment to keep the facility safe and efficient.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with PE license and 1-2 years in facilities management, with preference for PCO designation. The position is based at SM Aura, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License.
• 1-2 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.
• Experience in environmental management; PCO designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall's equipment operations to provide the necessary utilities for mall operation.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Ensure compliance of the mall with government standards; act as Pollution Control Officer.

Job description

Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units. The function will also act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer of the mall.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field

Experience Requirement:

• 1-2 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and with relevant experience in environmental management
• Preferably has previous designation as PCO

Work Location:

• The candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Aura, Taguig City
