Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst (BSS) to analyze, design, implement, and optimize Business Support Systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define requirements and manage complex integrations across CRM, billing, OSS, and data platforms.

The role emphasizes data migration, cutover readiness, and non-functional requirements, with hands-on support for SIT/UAT, testing, and governance throughout releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Systems Analyst/Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong understanding of BSS: Customer Management, Billing, Order Management, and Customer Care.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system integration, and data migration.
• Hands-on support for SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops across BSS domains (Customer Management, Product, Order, Billing, Care).
• Define and maintain scope boundaries for releases.
• Translate objectives into epics, user stories, and deliverables aligned with release plans.
• Document assumptions, scope trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and exclusions.
• Define end-to-end integration requirements with CRM, Billing, OSS, Payment Gateways, Data Warehouses, and Analytics.
• Document interface specifications, including payload structures, data mapping, validation rules, error handling, reconciliation, retry mechanisms, and monitoring requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to align with standards and best practices.
• Define data migration requirements and cutover readiness; support prerequisites, freezes, rollbacks, and day-one validation.
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, logging, data retention, resiliency, monitoring).
• Work with Security, Risk, and Compliance to address SoD and regulatory needs.
• Develop RTMs; support SIT/UAT with test scenarios, validation, and defect triage.
• Differentiate gaps (business, process, and system) and assess production readiness.
• Define Runbooks, dashboards, escalation, support models, and known issues logs.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for future releases.
