Job summary

Responsibilities include creating Oracle SQL scripts, gathering and translating requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and testing activities. Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Experience as Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL including script and function development.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL scripts, queries, and functions to support new insurance product development and system enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions and operational processes.
• Collaborate with business users, management, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and process workflows.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate knowledge transfer across engineering and support teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
