Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or systems implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Client Accounting Systems (CAS) and AMLA requirements is preferred.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and RTMs.
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and related project documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, project leads, and vendors.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script preparation, defect validation, and sign-off activities.
• Assist in project implementation, change management, risk assessment, training, and post-deployment support.
• Analyze business processes related to policy administration, collections, claims, accounting integration, and reporting.
• Support compliance and regulatory initiatives, including eInvoicing and AMLA-related requirements.
