Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Specialist/Analyst to support ERP implementations, integrations, and process improvements across multiple environments.

You will translate business needs into specifications, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure quality delivery. The role requires 4+ years of ERP project experience, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on ERP projects.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience with SAP (B1 or S/4HANA), Oracle NetSuite, or MS Dynamics.
• Strong SQL/data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data mapping or reconciliation in integrations.
• Strong communication and ability to work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Support ERP implementations, integrations, and data mapping activities.
• Analyze business processes for system and workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decisions.
• Assist with UAT planning, test case design, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and validate proposed solutions.
• Maintain SharePoint docs and track deliverables in ClickUp.
• Escalate risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to process and template improvements.
