Qualifications

• Facilitates the initial screening of brokerage applicants and recommends qualified candidates to the Manager for further assessment.
• Conduct training for newly hired Operations staff prior deployment.
• Provides guidance and supervision to customs processors in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
• Oversee and monitors branch administrative tasks and ensures timely submission of reports to the Manila offic
• Actively sources and accredits truckers and equipment providers in Subic and nearby cities, in coordination with the Manila office, to ensure compliance with Golden 888 standards.
• Conducts site visits subcontractors to assess and verify adherence to safety requirements for both equipment and company operations.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for subcontractors and truckers operating within Subic to align them with company protocols.
• Reviews and validate truckers' billing statements to ensure accuracy of charges before endorsing them to the Manila office for payment processing. explore potential business opportunities.
• Conducts Visit to perspective clients to present FLS service Offerings and explore potential business opportunities.
