Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least four years of experience as a broker coordinator.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain broker relationships.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple brokers and sales activities.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire brokers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Achieve prescribed sales targets.
• Recruit brokers and expand broker network.
• Coordinate regular broker meetings and recruitment activities.
• Pre-qualify broker listings for recruitment.
• Prepare broker accreditation forms and track performance quarterly.
• Build strong relationships with brokers.
• Assist in sales presentations and closing when required.
• Review broker accounts and coordinate with shared services for commissions.
