Job summary

Aura Southprime Developers, Inc. is seeking a Sales Network Officer to manage and expand our broker network, coordinating with brokers, agents, and sales partners to drive property sales and revenue.

You will recruit brokers, schedule regular meetings, pre-qualify listings, prepare accreditation forms, and assist in presenting and closing sales while monitoring quarterly broker performance for targeted growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least four years of experience as a broker coordinator.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong networking abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple brokers.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve prescribed sales targets.
• Recruit Brokers and search for new Brokers for recruitment.
• Schedule regular meetings with Brokers.
• Pre-qualify Broker listings for recruitment.
• Prepare and collate the Broker Accreditation forms.
• Builds strong relationships with the Brokers.
• Assist in the presentation and closing of sales when required.
• Accept, review and validate reservation documents for booking of sales.
• Scan and email reservation documents to Documentation for approval.
• Forward hard copies of reservation documents to Documentation.
• Assess Broker performance quarterly against targets.
• Meet with Brokers to strategize and plan activities to meet sales targets.
• Assist Brokers in client trips and showroom activities as needed.
• Attend sales events to open up opportunities for sales.
• Coordinate with Marketing for Broker MSF requests.
