JOB SUMMARY:
Assist the Broker Management Team Head in the management of the broker’s sales network and implementation of approved sales and marketing programs as scheduled. As a Broker Coordinator, she provides sellers with sales updates through visits and social media, SMS, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. She/he is also responsible for the administrative requirements of the team, such as, but not limited to, the safekeeping of accreditation contracts, sales reports, transmittal of buyers’ documents, distribution of sales materials, and the like.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the recruitment and reactivation of brokers by preparing the necessary documents needed for the accreditation of brokers and interviewing brokers who are subject to accreditation.
- Ensures that the newly accredited premier and classic brokers will attend various training programs (personal and virtual trainings) and site orientation activities such as PKS, Selling Techniques, Documentation, and others
- Coordinates with training and recruitment for enrolment on various training schedules and I.D issuance.
- Coordinates with the accounting personnel for proper endorsement of accreditation requirements needed in the processing and release of commissions.
- Manages other broker management team’s social media accounts, such as Weekend Online Reservations and Weekend Site Reservation messenger accounts, for review and verification of submitted reservation documents.
- Manages other broker management team’s social media accounts, such as the Client Service Form messenger account, for safekeeping and reference in case there are sales conflicts.
- Manages the Brokers Management Team Facebook page and Messenger account by answering queries, posting sales and marketing updates, schedule of activities, promos and incentives, project ads, advisories, etc.
- Creates and manages Facebook group chats of accredited brokers with their sellers for daily information dissemination/updating such as promos, inventory, computations, memorandum, submission of buyer’s documents, and others.
- Regularly coordinates and sends updates such as available inventories, price list, sample computations, promos and incentives, and schedule of sales activities.
- Coordinates with premier and classic brokers to attend various sales events like virtual meetings, virtual brokers assemblies, virtual trainings, etc
- Disseminates new guidelines, policies, and other memoranda affecting brokers and sellers in their various sales campaign activities through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media platforms.
- Regularly conducts Premier brokers' and Classic brokers' weekly visitation at their offices.
- Regularly attends weekly or monthly broker group meetings with their sellers.
- Assists in routing the requests of buyers and brokers to the concerned departments relative to the transfer of units, change of financing scheme, moving in, release of commission, and other concerns of brokers.
- Prepares and recommends the schedule and broker assignment for all selling activities, such as site manning, mall exhibits, and saturation activities, on a monthly basis.
- Coordinates, implements, and monitors approved selling activities of brokers as scheduled and provides post-activity reports.
- Assists in the various functions of the Broker Management Team in terms of the following activities;
a. Face-to-Face and Zoom Meetings
b. Project briefing and updating, Seminars and training programs
c. Site visits/orientations
d. Motorcade and/or Sales Caravan
e. Weekend Site Reservations / Weekend Virtual Reservations
f. Mini open houses, grand open houses, Virtual Open Houses
g. Blessing and launching of new projects and new models
h. General assemblies and recognition
i. Other selling activities and marketing events such as housing fairs, housing bazaars.
- Facilitates brokers' requests in terms of sales and marketing collaterals such as brokers' ads, printed and e-file sales brochures & flyers, tarpaulins, streamers, posters, price list, maps, AVPs, virtual house tours, and other pertinent sales documents
- Handles various inquiries from brokers and their buyers and coordinates with the appropriate department for an immediate response.
- Assists in the preparation of necessary monthly reports of brokers’ sales performance for management information and for the granting of brokers’ commissions, awards, and other incentives.
- Prepares, screens, and consolidates the list of qualifiers for annual and semi-annual promos & incentives.
- Prepares accounts for commission overrides of brokers and sellers on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Performs other sales and marketing-related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business course
- Excellent communication and human relations skills.
- Good facilitation skills and leadership skills.
- With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
- Willing to be assigned to Brgy. Talaga, Tanauan, Batangas
