Job summary

Borland Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to drive monthly and yearly sales targets for multiple projects within budget. You will lead project launches and oversee marketing activities for ongoing developments.

The role includes developing effective sales strategies, performing market and competitor surveys, and coordinating with Brokers and Agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Work experience in sales and marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to be trained in Pampanga for three months with staff housing.

Responsibilities

• Attain monthly and yearly sales targets within marketing budget.
• Launch new projects and oversee sales and marketing activities for ongoing projects.
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Conduct market and competitor surveys before project launches and annually to update pricing.
• Coordinate with Brokers and Agents; manage relations and feedback.
• Provide training and development to Brokers and Agents through PKS to enhance knowledge of processes and policies.

Sales And Marketing Functions

• Attain monthly and yearly sales target of each project within marketing cost budget.


• Responsible for launching of new projects and sales and marketing activities related with on-going projects.


• Develop effective sales strategies to attain/exceed monthly sales target.


• Carry out Market and Competitors Survey before Project Launching and at least once a year for updating of prices.

Brokers and Agents Coordination

• Manage Brokers and Agents relations by establishing open and transparent communication channels where Brokers and Agents feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns and feedback.


• Provide training and development opportunities to new Brokers and Agents through Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to enhance their knowledge about processes and policies related to reservation and selling.


• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.


• Work experience related to the position is an advantage.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.


• Willing to be trained in Pampanga for three (3)months provided with staff house.
