Job summary

P.A. Alvarez Properties And Development Corporation in Tanauan, Batangas seeks a Broker Coordinator to assist the Broker Management Team Head in managing the broker sales network and implementing approved programs.

You will provide sellers with sales updates via visits, social media, SMS, calls, and face-to-face meetings, and handle administrative requirements such as accreditation contracts, reports, and document transmission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business course
• Excellent communication and human relations skills
• Good facilitation skills and leadership skills
• With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
• Willing to be assigned to Brgy. Talaga, Tanauan, Batangas

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and reactivation of brokers by preparing accreditation documents and interviewing brokers.
• Coordinate training programs (personal and virtual) and site orientation activities for brokers.
• Coordinate enrollment with training and recruitment and issue IDs.
• Coordinate with accounting for endorsement of accreditation requirements for commissions.
• Manage broker management team social media accounts and verify submitted documents.
• Maintain and update Facebook page and Messenger accounts with queries, updates, promos, and incentives.
• Create and manage broker groups for daily information dissemination and submissions.
• Disseminate new guidelines and policies affecting brokers and sellers across campaigns.
• Attend weekly meetings with brokers and sellers and support sales events.
