Job summary

First Gen Corporation seeks a seasoned Brand Communications professional to oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation, and ensure cohesive messaging across channels.

You will lead brand guidelines, social media engagement, and collaborate with the Corp Communications Team on public relations and CSR initiatives aligned with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.
• At least 5 years of experience in advertising agencies, telecoms, or FMCG.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation and build positive perception.
• Develop, govern and enforce brand guidelines for First Gen across all channels.
• Manage social media engagement and online branding.
• Support public relations and advocacy, in close coordination with Corp Communications Team
• Coordinate internal branding efforts to maintain cohesive messaging across employer branding and CSR initiatives
• Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed.
• Handle other special projects that may be assigned.
