Job summary

First Gen Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Brand Lead to oversee corporate branding and manage brand reputation across channels. You will ensure cohesive messaging, develop guidelines, and drive social media engagement to strengthen the company’s image.

This role requires a strong understanding of brand management, PR coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with the Corp Communications Team and the parent company to align branding strategies with corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, telecommunications, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer-focused industries.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing communications, brand management, and campaign development.

• Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends (in relation to competitor activities or consumer behavior) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed.
• Handle other special projects that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in advertising agencies, telecommunications, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer-focused industries.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing communications, brand management, and campaign development, with experience working across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
