Job summary

First Gen Corporation seeks a seasoned Brand Management professional to oversee corporate branding and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. You will develop and govern brand guidelines, manage social media engagement, and support public relations initiatives in collaboration with the Corp Communications Team.

Additionally, you will coordinate employer branding with CSR initiatives and lead brand performance analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.
• At least 5 years of experience in advertising agencies, telco, or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand reputation and build positive perception.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all channels.
• Manage social media engagement and online branding.
• Support PR and advocacy in coordination with Corp Communications Team.
• Coordinate internal branding efforts to align employer branding with CSR.
• Lead brand perception studies using metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation and build positive perception
• Develop, govern and enforce brand guidelines for First Gen across all channels.
• Manage social media engagement and online branding.
• Support public relations and advocacy, in close coordination with Corp Communications Team
• Coordinate internal branding efforts to maintain cohesive messaging across employer branding and CSR initiatives
• Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends (in relation to competitor activities or consumer behavior) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed.
• Handle other special projects that may be assigned.
