Job summary

MCW Restaurant Group is seeking a Creative Head to shape and oversee the brands across its growing restaurant concepts. This role requires thinking beyond graphic design to lead branding, storytelling, and the overall customer experience.

You will lead and mentor the creative team, align with Brand Managers, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Store Development, and direct shoots and campaigns to ensure distinctive, scalable brand worlds.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative direction and branding.
• Strong leadership of creative teams or multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, photography, and art direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative direction of MCW Restaurant Group and its brands.
• Develop and protect each brand's visual identity, personality, and creative standards.
• Translate brand strategy into campaigns, menus, packaging, store graphics, social media, photography, and other customer touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor the graphic design and creative team.
• Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Store Development.
• Direct photoshoots, video shoots, campaign concepts, and key brand launches.
• Review creative work and ensure output is on-brand.
