Job summary

Influence seeks a creative leader to own brand and personal-brand content from insight to final output. You will craft concepts, plan shoots end to end, and steer pre-production, production, and post-production processes to deliver distinctive visuals that meet client objectives.

Collaborating with photographers, editors, and account teams, you will translate ideas into compelling stories with strong brand alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong visual storytelling and narrative construction.
• Excellent understanding of brand identity and audience psychology.
• Ability to identify the central idea of a communication and build an execution around it.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for brands and campaigns.
• Plan shoots end to end: objective, concept, references, shot list, locations, props, talent, styling, timelines.
• Lead or coordinate pre-production, production and post-production workflows.
• Convert abstract ideas into visual treatments, scripts and moodboards.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers and clients.
