Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral — social media graphics, posters, menu boards, packaging, POS materials, digital ads, and email templates — across all brands.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into visually compelling designs that stay within each brand's identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and Local Store Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, including logos, templates, fonts, and photography.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all brand touchpoints, online and offline.
• Support photo and video shoot requirements, including basic photo editing and retouching.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines across the organization's brands.
• Stay current on design trends relevant to the food and beverage and hospitality industry.

About the role

The Creatives Assistant Manager is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the marketing, branding, and communication needs of Wildflour Hospitality Group's brand portfolio. This role translates marketing briefs and campaign concepts into compelling graphic designs across digital, print, and in-store collaterals, ensuring visual consistency with each brand's identity guidelines across all 8 brands and 39 locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral — social media graphics, posters, menu boards, packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, digital ads, and email templates — across all brands.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into visually compelling designs that stay within each brand's identity guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns, promotions, and store openings.
• Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, including logos, templates, fonts, and photography.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
• Support photo and video shoot requirements, including basic photo editing and retouching.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines across the organization's brands simultaneously.
• Stay current on design trends relevant to the food and beverage and hospitality industry.
