Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to lead the Clark-based design team while driving high-impact marketing and corporate assets across print, digital, web, video, and AI-powered channels.

You will balance hands-on design work with people leadership, guiding a small team to deliver branding and visual communication that reinforces our hospitality-focused mission. This role offers growth, collaboration with global stakeholders, and an opportunity to shape memorable brand

Qualifications

5–7 years of professional design experience.
Experience leading or managing a small team of designers.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of print production and digital/web design processes.
Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Experience managing creative projects from concept through delivery with timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Graphic Designers to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
Design and produce marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, signage, and banners.
Create compelling video content from concept to final production.
Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency and ideation.
Maintain and champion brand consistency across all visual communications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
