Job summary

We Hope Medical Group seeks a Branch Supply Staff to support the PTG Angeles Chemotherapy Center and manage supplies for 3–4 branches. You will procure, store, and distribute medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies, with regular visits to each branch to maintain accurate stock levels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in inventory or supply chain, with strong organizational and communication skills and a willingness to travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between assigned branches.
• Able to follow and maintain a scheduled branch visit plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies for 3–4 assigned branches.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous availability of essential supplies.
• Conduct regular scheduled visits to branches to check inventory and supply needs.
• Coordinate with branch personnel on supply requests and shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Prepare inventory, usage, replenishment, and related reports.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to prevent wastage.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or overstocking.
