Job summary

We Hope Medical Group in Baguio is seeking a Supply Officer to manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution for 3–4 branches, with travel to branches on a scheduled visit plan to maintain stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in inventory or procurement, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel. This full-time position is based at our Baguio Chemotherapy Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies for 3–4 assigned branches.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous availability of essential supplies in all assigned branches.
• Conduct regular scheduled visits to assigned branches to check inventory, stock conditions, and supply requirements.
• Follow the designated branch visit schedule and ensure proper monitoring of all assigned branches.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding supply requests, inventory needs, and shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile records with actual stocks.
• Prepare inventory, usage, replenishment, and other supply-related reports.
• Monitor expiration dates and implement stock rotation to prevent wastage.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overstocking, damages, or other concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement and inventory policies.

About the Role

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a Supply Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The position will be assigned to support our Baguio Chemotherapy Center and will be responsible for managing the supply and inventory requirements of 3–4 branches.

The Supply Staff will play an important role in ensuring that medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and office supplies are properly procured, monitored, stored, and distributed to assigned branches. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to different branches based on the scheduled branch visits and ensure that each branch maintains adequate and accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
