Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is hiring a Branch Supply Staff in Taguig to support the TAGUIG Chemotherapy Center. The role requires managing procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution for 3–4 branches. You will travel between branches to ensure stock levels are adequate and accurate.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1–2 years of experience in inventory or supply chain. Strong organization, reliability, and communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Honest, reliable, and accountable.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies for 3–4 assigned branches.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous availability of essential supplies.
• Conduct regular scheduled visits to assigned branches to check inventory and supply requirements.
• Follow the designated branch visit schedule and ensure monitoring of all branches.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding supply requests and shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile records with stocks.
• Prepare inventory, usage, replenishment, and other supply-related reports.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to prevent wastage.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overstocking, or damages.
