Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead store operations at multiple branches in Metro South. The candidate will ensure AMLC compliance, oversee teller-level tasks, and drive customer-centric service while supporting profit goals.

Ideal candidates hold a business or accounting degree and have at least five years of supervisory experience in branch operations, preferably from a banking background. On-site work and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or higher in business or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Preferably prior Assistant Manager experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, maintaining KYC records, updating customer information, issuing manager's checks, and managing remittances.
• Oversee and approve various over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority, ensure policy compliance, manage time deposit placements, and strive for excellent customer experiences with efficient processing and error handling.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgement, logging, reporting, and resolution of complaints, and verify the completion of the complaint tracking register with all necessary information.
• Record daily store transactions based on Teller totals and documents, manage temporary accounts timely, and reconcile General Ledger balances with subsidiary ledgers/records.
• Assist in achieving Stores profitability targets.
