Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee sales and operations at the assigned branch, driving targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and BT L marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles (2–5 years).
• Knowledge of sales strategies, CRM, and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve branch targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring sales performance.
• Coordinates marketing activities and ensures proper documentation and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Resolves customer concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards and regulations at the branch.
• Monitors branch inventory, including motorcycles, parts, and assets.
• Leads and coaches branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts branch meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Assists in talent development and succession planning.
