Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations for an assigned branch, driving motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies and BTL marketing.

You will lead the branch team, monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while pursuing continuous improvement and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle sales (cash/installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize opportunities and customer experience.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, price checks, and competitor analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Monitors branch inventory including motorcycles and parts.
• Leads and coaches branch staff to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings and performance evaluations.
• Supports talent development and potential successors.
