Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor for a Philippine-based branch. The role focuses on driving branch sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and Below-The-Line marketing initiatives.

You will monitor productivity, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, analyze opportunities, and lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 2–5 years in sales/branch ops or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieve targets for motorcycles (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinate and monitor branch marketing activities and allocate resources.
• Ensure promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitor customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conduct market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets.
• Lead and coach branch personnel to improve productivity.
• Hold regular branch meetings to review performance and action plans.
• Prepare evaluations and recognize employees based on KPIs.
• Assist in developing employees and identifying successors.
