Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations at an assigned Philippine branch. You will drive sales for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective strategies and customer engagement, while leading a branch team toward continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, sales, and marketing execution skills, with experience in automotive or retail sectors being a plus. Travel within assigned areas may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services industry.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales, parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance indicators.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and allocation of resources.
• Ensures promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements at the branch.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets for proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel with coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss sales performance, concerns, and action plans.
• Prepares performance evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
