Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Sales and Operations Manager to drive branch performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliant, customer-focused dealer experiences.

You will lead sales strategies, supervise teams, recruit dealers, and coordinate inventory and logistics, leveraging a 5+ years background in direct selling or retail to grow business responsibly within APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in sales, branch operations, or business development.
• 3+ years experience in supervisory or managerial role leading sales or operations teams.
• Experience in dealer recruitment and engagement with inventory, logistics, and local market development.
