Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Laguna to oversee sales and operations, driving targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units. You will lead branch staff, monitor performance, manage marketing activities, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

You will analyze market opportunities, prepare reports, and coach employees to develop successors for business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 2–5 years in sales or branch operations.
• Experience in automotive or financial services is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement branch sales strategies and marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieve targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units by monitoring sales performance indicators.
• Coordinate and monitor branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and utilization of resources.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitor customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns related to sales transactions and promotions with concerned departments.
• Conduct regular market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements at the branch.
• Monitor branch inventory and assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
• Lead and coach branch personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular branch meetings to discuss sales and operational issues and action plans.
• Prepare performance evaluations and recognize employees based on KPIs.
• Assist in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
