Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations at an assigned branch, drive targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units, and implement effective sales strategies.

You will lead the branch team, monitor performance, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and coordinate marketing activities while delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years in sales or branch operations.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services beneficial.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales, parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize opportunities and service.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to stay competitive.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory and assets, ensuring availability and proper control.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel through coaching and support.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and action plans.
• Prepares evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
