Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in sales, retail, branch ops, or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and run branch operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem solving.
• Knowledge of inventory, cash handling, and basic reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or relevant sales systems.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays or shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify improvements.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth within the branch.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and coach branch employees to achieve objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, movement, and accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, recording, and safeguarding of branch sales and collections.
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of customer concerns.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Submit accurate and timely branch reports on sales, inventory, attendance, cash, and operations.
