Job summary

The Branch Head role at Nails Glow- Head Office leads daily operations, drives sales, and ensures customer satisfaction across the branch. You will manage staff, monitor performance, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include reporting, inventory oversight, cross-department coordination, and strategic planning to achieve financial targets. Weekend and holiday work may be required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in branch management, retail, sales, operations, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Able to make decisions, solve problems, and work under pressure. Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when required by branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance targets
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, productivity, and performance
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and branch assets
• Coordinate with other departments regarding operational, purchasing, HR, marketing, and administrative concerns
• Prepare and submit required branch reports, including sales, attendance, inventory, and operational reports
