Responsibilities

• Make the branch the main distribution channel by selling bank products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services.
• Implement marketing programs to promote products and maximize customers' share of wallet.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality impacting customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance/governance and risk management per bank policies.
