Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Business Generation professional in Metro Manila to expand the customer base, convert leads into new-to-bank clients, and deepen engagement through multi-product solutions. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in branch banking or related fields, with proven experience in account acquisition, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or related field; certifications advantageous (AML/KYC, Sales & Customer Service, Data Privacy & Compliance)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in branch banking, sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
• Proven experience in account acquisition, business development, cross-selling financial products, and customer service
• Exposure to bank regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) and familiarity with operational risk management within a financial institution

Responsibilities

• Expands customer base by identifying potential clients and converting leads into new to bank customers.
• Deepens customer engagement by facilitating multi-product sales offering and presenting unique solutions to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Promotes brand awareness and product penetration by identifying sales opportunities through constant customer visits and business development activities.
• Ensures complete endorsement of the solicited accounts to the branch for continuous development and relationship building by creating a clear line of communication between the client and branch officers and staff.
• Solicits referrals by actively engaging both new and existing client base.
• Builds synergy and collaboration among team members and other partner units to improve our products and services.
• Conducts competitor scan and provides management periodic updates based on customer feedback and market trends.
