Infinity 88 Business Consultancy Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Supervisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for head office and pawnshop branches. You will develop effective sourcing strategies, coordinate with department heads to set hiring priorities, and supervise a recruitment team to fill vacancies with qualified candidates while upholding our culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• At least three years of recruitment experience, including one year in supervision.
• Experience recruiting for pawnshops, lending, financial services, retail, or multi-branch businesses.
• Proficient in sourcing, interviewing, reporting, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requisition to onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish hiring priorities and timelines.
• Review job descriptions and qualifications to reflect responsibilities.
• Manage job advertisements, platforms, referrals, and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and consolidate feedback for timely decisions.
• Oversee references, pre-employment checks, and background verification.
• Prepare offers within approved compensation guidelines.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and talent pool.
• Monitor time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offers, and costs.
• Supervise recruitment personnel and ensure professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and handover of documents.
• Prepare recruitment reports and propose process improvements.
• Handle applicant information confidentially and follow data privacy policies.
